Create your contacts database

The 360Player contact database serves as a complete registry of everyone in your organization. If your club already has active users, they will automatically appear in your contacts list. To add new contacts, follow these steps:

  1. Click the New Contact button in the Contacts section of your organization.

  2. Enter the required contact details in the creation form.

  3. Optionally assign the contact to a group or set them as a billing contact during this step.

Once completed, the new contact will be added to your database and available for future assignments.

Set up billing contacts

Billing contacts are an essential part of 360Player's payment system. They ensure invoices are routed correctly by linking a billing contact to another person, such as a parent to their child. To set up billing contacts, use these methods:

While creating a new contact

  1. Check the option to add a billing contact during the contact creation process.

  2. Select an existing contact or create a new one as the billing contact.

For existing contacts

  1. Navigate to the Contacts list and click on the name of the desired contact to open their profile.

  2. Edit the billing information by adding or updating their billing contact.

  3. Save the changes to ensure the information is up to date.

Important note: Parents that creates child accounts are automatically assigned as the child's billing contact.

Recommendation for invoicing

To streamline invoicing, connect all billing contacts before sending invoices. This ensures that payments are directed to the correct person without delays.

By keeping your contacts database organized and linking billing contacts appropriately, your club can ensure smooth operations and efficient payment management.
