Create a resources database

Registering club resources in 360Player helps you manage and allocate them efficiently to avoid double bookings and keep track of availability.

Steps to create a resource

  1. Navigate to Resources.
    Go to Scheduling > Resources in your 360Player account.

  2. Create a new resource.
    Click Create new and select New resource.

  3. Enter resource details.

    • Add a title and an optional description.

    • Choose whether the resource is a parent resource or a sub-resource.

      • If this is your first resource, it must be a parent resource.

  4. Assign a category and location.

    • Select a category and location for the resource.

    • To create a new category or location, click Create new and choose the desired option from the dropdown menu.

  5. Save the resource.
    Click Save to finalize your resource.


Example of resources structure:

  • Parent resource: Field A

  • Sub-resources: Field A – Half One, Field A – Half Two

When scheduling, you can assign the whole Field A or divide it into Half One and Half Two, avoiding conflicts and ensuring flexibility. Resources can have as many sub-resources as needed to match your club’s structure.

By organizing your resources this way, scheduling becomes streamlined and efficient!
