Creating a product category
The product library in 360Player is designed to adapt to your organization’s needs, making it easy to organize your offerings effectively.
To start, click the New Category button to create a category.
Name the category to reflect the group of products it will contain. For example, you might have categories like "Memberships," "Training Programs," or "Merchandise."
Using categories helps keep your product library organized and allows for easy navigation when setting up and managing products.
Creating products
Once your categories are ready, you can create individual products by following these steps:
Click the New Product button.
Enter the product details, including:
Category: Assign the product to one of your pre-created categories.
Title: Give the product a clear and recognizable name.
Description: Provide additional details about the product to help users understand its purpose or benefits.
Tracking products in the contacts list
If you want to track a product’s status among your members, toggle on the Show on contacts list option. This will allow you to monitor payment statuses directly in your club's contact database, giving you an overview of who has purchased or paid for the product.
Product pricing
360Player offers flexible pricing options for each product, letting you tailor your pricing to suit your organization’s needs. Here’s how to set it up:
Add one or multiple prices to your product.
Choose between the following pricing types:
Recurring pricing: For subscription-based payments, such as a $20 monthly fee or a $220 yearly fee. Recurring pricing automatically generates subscriptions when purchased.
One-time pricing: For single payments, like a one-time event fee or merchandise purchase. No subscriptions are created for these prices.
Example pricing setup
For a membership product, you could offer:
Monthly fee: $20
Yearly fee: $220 (with a discount for paying upfront).
This flexibility allows you to incentivize different payment options based on your club’s preferences and financial strategy.
Tax settings
You can also assign a standard tax rate to each price. Tax rates can be configured in the Taxes tab on the Products page and applied to individual products as needed.
Finalizing your product
Once all the relevant information has been added, including pricing options and tax settings, click Save Product to complete the setup. Your product is now ready to be used in 360Player for registrations, payments, and more.
By organizing your products with categories, flexible pricing, and tracking options, 360Player helps you streamline your operations and meet the needs of your organization.
