A payout is a single transfer into your club's bank account, bundling the member payments collected since the last one. This covers what a payout contains and how to break it down to the invoices behind it.
Find your payouts
Go to Payments > Reports > Payouts. You'll see every transfer sent to your bank account — weekly, for most clubs. Payout reports aren't available in the 360Player iOS app; use a browser instead.

What's inside a payout
Click any payout to open its breakdown: opening balance, payments, refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, and any amount held in reserve, plus links to every invoice included in the transfer.
Break a payout down by product or category
Export the payout as a spreadsheet to see exactly how much came from a specific product, registration, or other category. The export gives you one row per line item, with columns for product name, category, registration, and any custom data your club uses (like account numbers).
From there, use a pivot table in Excel or Google Sheets to group and summarize the data — or upload the file to an AI tool like ChatGPT with this prompt:
"This CSV is a payout report from 360Player. Each row is a line item from an invoice. Please produce the following: First, a one-line summary showing total gross, total refunds, total fees, and net payout. Then separate tables showing volume (gross, net, fees, number of transactions) broken down by: product, product category, and registration. Show deposits and refunds in separate tables. If a product has no category, list it separately and flag it."
The AI does the heavy lifting and gives you a clean summary without needing any spreadsheet skills.
