Steps to add or update a billing email
Go to the Contacts section in the 360Player platform.
Navigate to Filters and set the following:
Role = Player
Click Apply to filter the results.
Scroll through the list of players until you find one with no email listed in the billing email column.
Obtain the parent’s billing email.
Click on the player’s contact to open their profile.
At the top of the screen, click on the connected parent.
Click Edit in the top-left corner of the parent’s contact details.
Add the parent’s billing email into the email box.
If any required fields appear, add a full stop in the field to proceed.
Save the changes.
Following these steps ensures the correct billing email is updated for the player’s account.
