Learn how to archive a user in 360Player, removing their access to accounts within the organization.

Steps to archive a user

  1. Go to the Management section.
    Log in to your 360Player account and click on Management in the main menu.

  2. Open the Contacts section.
    Select Contacts to view the list of users.

  3. Select the user to archive.
    Check the box to the left of the user's name.

  4. Click "Actions."
    In the dropdown menu, select Archive Contacts.

  5. Confirm the action.
    Review the prompt and confirm that you want to archive the user.

Unarchive a user

Quickly learn how to restore an archived user back to the active contact list in 360Player.

How to unarchive a user

  1. Go to the Contacts section in 360Player.

  2. Apply filters by selecting Archived then Show Archived to display archived users.

  3. Click on the contact you want to unarchive.

  4. Select Re-activate Contact and confirm the action.

The contact will now be restored and visible again in the active contact list.

Once archived, the user will lose access to their accounts within the organization.
