Player statuses explained
Each player can have one of the following statuses:
Status | Meaning |
Assigned | Player has been assigned to a team but not yet invited |
Invited | Invitation has been sent but not yet responded to |
Accepted | Invitation accepted, registration completed, payment submitted |
Declined | Invitation declined by parent/player |
Revoked | Invitation was withdrawn by an admin |
By using Team invitation effectively, you ensure that team placements are structured, controlled, and tied to completed registration and payment. This helps you streamline administration, reduce manual work, and create a clear, professional experience for players and parents.
