Steps to create a new player registration form

  1. Click on Registrations in your 360Player account.

  2. Click Create to start a new registration form.

  3. Add a title, such as "New Player Registration."

  4. Add a description that includes details about your club, the joining process (e.g., trials), and how applications will be handled.

  5. Add an image, like a club logo or a flyer about trial dates.

Customize the form

  1. Click 'Add Section' to create sections for your form, such as "General Information," "Medical Details," or "Player Experience."

  2. Click ‘Add Question’ and choose Default Fields to include any standard questions (e.g., name, email, date of birth).

  3. Click ‘Add Question’ and choose Custom Question to create specific questions for the form (e.g., "Preferred Position," "Level of Experience," "Previous Clubs," "Availability").

Add payment options (optional)

  1. Add required charges (e.g., registration fee or administration fee) as mandatory products.

  2. Add optional charges (e.g., additional kits) as unrequired products.

Configure email and privacy settings

  1. Add a custom submission email reply to send an automated response to users.

    • Include information about the expected reply timeframe and the next steps.

    • Suggest downloading the 360Player app to enhance future communication and engagement.

  2. Set the form to Unlisted, so it can only be accessed via the link. This prevents existing members from submitting duplicate forms.

  3. Set to ‘Require a 360Player account’ for form submissions.

Finalize the form

  1. Change the form status to Open and click Finish.

  2. Copy the form URL to share on your website or social media, allowing new players to join your organization.

Your registration form is now ready to manage new player applications effectively!
