Step 1 — Activate the Team in 360Player
Open the 360Player app and switch to the administrative view.
Go to Settings → Websites, find your website, and click Edit Site.
You'll see an overview of all your teams. Navigate to the team you want to add (e.g. Senior → A-Team) and toggle it on to activate it.
Click the pencil icon to edit the team details:
Display name – what visitors will see
Slug – the URL-friendly identifier
Category – group the team into the right category
Cover image – a team photo works great here
Contacts – add the relevant contact persons for the team
Click Save. The team data is now sent to your website.
Step 2 — Refresh Data in the Website Editor
Open the website editor.
Go to CMS Collection and click Refresh on all data collections from 360Player. This ensures all new team data is pulled through immediately.
Step 3 — Verify the Team Appears in Navigation
Use the top navigation to browse to Groups.
If the new team doesn't appear yet, simply refresh your browser — it should now show up (e.g. A-Team Men).
