How to correct an accidental parent/child connection

In this article, we will detail how to remove an incorrect parent connection and connecting to an existing child.

1. Login to the parent account that is connected to the wrong account
2. Go to your account settings, then click my children.

4. Find the parent that you are connected to incorrectly.
5. Click on the 3 dots next to the incorrect parent connection.
6. Then click on "remove connection"

Now you have removed the incorrect connection. You can now follow the below instructions to connect to the correct account.

How to connect to a player

There are two ways you can connect to a player.

1. If the player has an account, you can send a connection request to the player.
2. If not, you will need to let the other parent connected to the account, to send you a request to connect to the player.
