How to create a 360Player account

Create your 360Player account in minutes — whether you're a player, a coach, or a parent signing up on behalf of your child.

This guide walks you through creating a 360Player account from start to finish. The flow takes about two minutes. If you don't have a group code yet, jump to What to do if you don't have a group code at the bottom.

Before you start

  • Get the 360Player app from the App Store or Google Play, or go to app.360player.com.

  • If your club shared a group code with you, have it ready. If you got an email invite, open it from the device you'll use to sign up.

Step 1 — Start the signup

On the start screen, tap Create account. If you opened an email invite, the flow starts automatically once you tap the invite link — skip ahead to step 3.

Step 2 — Enter your group code

Type the group code shared by your club. Codes aren't case-sensitive, so don't worry about capitals. If the code isn't recognized, you'll see "Invalid group code" — double-check it with your coach or club admin.

Step 3 — Choose your role

Pick the option that matches you:

  • I'm a parent to a player — choose this if you're signing up on behalf of your child. You'll create your own account first, then your child's account in the next step.

  • I'm a coach or staff — for coaches, team managers, and other staff at the club.

  • I'm a player — for players signing up for themselves. Some clubs disable player self-signup; if you don't see this option, your account will be created for you by an admin or a parent.

Parents: don't pick "I'm a player." If you do, your child will end up linked as if they were you. Pick I'm a parent to a player instead. If you've already made that mistake, see Change a parent who is listed as a player to a parent account.

If you came in through an email invite, your role is already pre-selected and this step is skipped.

Step 4 — Fill in your details and pick a login method

Enter your name and contact information. Then pick how you'll sign in:

  • Email and password — password must be at least 8 characters.

  • Apple Sign-In — sign in with your Apple ID.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) — only available if your organization has SSO enabled. You'll be redirected to your organization's login provider.

Step 5 — For parents: create your child's account

If you picked the parent role, you'll now create your child's profile.

  1. Add your child's details (name and any other info the club requires).

  2. Decide whether to create a login for your child:

    • With a login — give an email and password so your child can sign in independently.

    • Without a login — your child's profile is managed entirely from your account. You can add a login later. This is the right choice for younger children.

This step creates one child profile. You can add additional children after signup is complete.

Step 6 — Confirm and invite a second parent (optional)

You'll see a confirmation screen with your details. Parents can invite another parent or guardian to also connect to the child's account — recommended if more than one adult will be managing the child in 360Player.

Step 7 — You're in

You'll be taken to the 360Player home page, or directly into any pending registration forms your club has set up. From there you can complete payments, finish your profile, and start using the app.

What to do if you don't have a group code

You don't always need a group code. See How to create a 360Player account without a group code.

Troubleshooting

  • The group code isn't accepted — confirm the exact code with your coach or club admin.

  • You signed up as a player but you're actually a parent — see Change a parent who is listed as a player to a parent account.

  • You already have an account — from the start screen, tap Sign in instead of Create account.
