Resetting your password

  1. Go to the login page.
    Open the 360Player app or website and navigate to the login screen.

  2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
    Below the login fields, select the Forgot Password option.

  3. Enter your registered email address.
    Type in the email address associated with your 360Player account, then click Submit or Reset Password.

  4. Check your email for a reset link.
    Open your email inbox and look for a message from 360Player.

    • If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

    • Ensure you entered the correct email address if you still don’t receive it.

  5. Click the reset link.
    In the email, select the link provided to access the password reset page.

  6. Create a new password.

    • Enter a strong, unique password that meets the platform’s requirements (e.g., minimum characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

    • Confirm the new password by typing it again in the designated field.

  7. Save your new password.
    Click Submit or Save to finalize your password reset.

  8. Log in with your new password.
    Return to the login page and use your updated credentials to access your account.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Ensure your email address is correct. If you don’t receive the reset email, verify that you entered the correct email associated with your account.

  • Contact support if needed. If you encounter issues, reach out to 360Player support for assistance.
