Players can easily log extra training sessions to track their progress and share their efforts with coaches or teammates.

Steps to log additional training

  1. From the home page, click on the Training log.

  2. Choose the type of training:

    • Team

    • Individual

    • Match

    • Other

  3. Select the topic you trained and add details about the session.

  4. Set the physical strain level for the training.

  5. Add the date and time of the training session.

  6. Click Register training to save your session.

You have now successfully logged your training session!
