Starting a new chat
Click the Chat tab in the platform.
Choose between "New chat" or "New group chat" depending on your preference.
Select the user(s) you wish to chat with.
Type your first message and press Send.
To include attachments (up to 25MB), click the file icon and upload your file.
Managing messages
View timestamps: Click on any message to see when it was sent.
Reply, copy, or archive: Long-press a message (mobile) or right-click (desktop) to reply directly, copy its content, or archive it.
Mute or archive chats: Click the three dots in the top-right corner of a chat to mute or archive it.
Search messages: Use the search bar at the top of Chat to find messages or conversations by keyword.
Delete a message: Long-press (mobile) or right-click (desktop) a message you sent and select Delete. You can only delete your own messages.
Delete a conversation: Swipe left on the conversation and tap Delete (mobile), or open the conversation and select Delete conversation from the settings (desktop). This removes the conversation from your view only — other participants will still see it.
Group chat features
Becoming a group admin: If you create a group chat, you automatically become the admin.
Admin privileges: As the admin, you can:
Add new members.
Rename the group.
Archive the entire group chat.
Managing group members:
Click on Members to view all participants.
Click the three dots next to a member's name to make them an admin or remove them from the group.
What to do if the group creator has left the club: If a staff member who created a group chat is no longer at your club, the group may have no active admin. In this case, contact your club administrator or reach out to 360Player support via the chat icon in the bottom right of any page — we can reassign admin rights or archive the group on your behalf.
Monitoring player chats
To view chats involving monitored players or connected children, click the Show monitored chats option.
This allows you to keep track of all conversations for appropriate oversight.
Push notification tips
Make sure notifications are enabled for 360Player in your phone settings to receive message alerts.
If you're missing notifications, check that you haven't muted the conversation or disabled notifications for the app.
Archiving a conversation will stop new message notifications for that thread.
