Accessing the chat feature
Navigate to the chat feature.
In the main menu, locate and click the Chat icon
Sending a message
Select the chat group or individual.
In the chat interface, choose a group or individual from the list of available conversations.To start a new chat, click the New Chat button and search for the person or group name.
Compose and send your message.
Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the screen. You can also attach files, images, or emojis by selecting the appropriate icons.Press the send button.
Once your message is ready, click the Send icon (usually a paper plane symbol).
Receiving and replying to messages
Check for new messages.
Notifications for new messages will appear as badges on the Chat icon or as push notifications (if enabled).Open the chat.
Click on the conversation to read new messages.Reply to the message.
Use the text box at the bottom to type your reply, then send it as described above.
Managing your chats
Mute or leave a chat.
To manage notifications or leave a conversation:Open the chat.
Click the settings icon (often represented by three dots or a gear).
Select Mute Notifications or Leave Group.
Search for specific messages.
Use the search bar within the chat feature to find past messages by keyword.Delete messages or conversations.
To delete a message, press and hold it (on mobile) or right-click (on desktop) and select Delete.
To delete an entire conversation, swipe left (on mobile) or click the settings icon and choose Delete Chat.
Additional tips
Enable push notifications to stay updated on new messages. You can turn these on in your device or app notification settings.
Use the group chat feature to share important updates with multiple team members at once.
