Who can use the Relationship Manager
Only top-level administrators have access to this feature. Parents or coaches cannot initiate relationship connections.
The capability to use the Relationship Manager can be turned on or off by an administrator in Settings > Users
How to connect a parent to a player
Go to the Contact List and locate the player account you want to connect a parent to.
Click into the player account to open their profile.
Click More in the player profile, then select Add new relationship.
Select a parent account from the list, or if the parent doesn’t yet have a 360Player account, type their email address and click Send email invite.
Click Send invite to initiate the connection.
The selected parent or player will receive a notification to approve the relationship. The connection will only be completed once approval has been given.
