View a user profile

Open a member's profile to see their schedule, attendance, registrations, and any feature-specific sections your organization uses.

A user profile is the central place to see what a member is doing in your club — their upcoming events, attendance history, registrations, and any extra modules your organization has enabled.

Open a profile as a top-level admin

Go to Management > Contacts, use the search bar to find the user, and click their name. This view covers anyone in your organization, regardless of which team they belong to.

Open a profile as a group admin or team staff

Go to the Team tab and click the user's name in the roster. You'll only see members of teams you have access to.

What you can see on a profile

The Overview tab shows the user's basic information and any visible user fields, plus:

  • Calendar — upcoming events the user is invited to.

  • Attendance — past events and whether the user attended.

  • Registrations — forms the user has submitted.

If your organization uses Development (assessments, reviews) or Video, those tabs appear here too. Notes appears for admins who can view internal notes — see Add a note to a user's profile as an admin.

What you can do from a profile

The actions available depend on your role. From here you can change a user role, add them to groups, or leave a note on their profile that other admins can see.
