Membership card

This article explains how to enable the membership card for your users.

The membership card feature lets you issue digital cards to members when they purchase a membership product. Members can then access their card — and their children's cards — directly from their account.

How to set it up

Step 1: Go to Products

Navigate to Products in your admin panel. You can either create a new product or edit an existing one to use it as a membership card.

Step 2: Enable the membership type

In the product form, turn on the toggle labeled "Use as membership for club". This tells the system to treat this product as a membership.

💡 You can have multiple products configured as memberships — for example, one for adults and one for juniors.

Save the product when you're done.

How it works for members

Once a member purchases the product, they are automatically assigned a membership status with a validity date. They can then find their digital membership card by going to Memberships in the account menu (located below Billing).

From there, all active memberships are listed — including any linked children's memberships. Clicking on a membership displays the full digital card.

Membership cards can be used to:

  • Offer member-exclusive discounts and promotions

  • Grant access to specific events
