A booking reserves a group and one or more resources for a time slot, and can optionally create a matching calendar event for that group at the same time.
How a booking works
One group per booking. A booking can only be attached to a single group, though you can attach as many resources to it as you need.
One resource sets the location. When a booking has more than one resource, whichever one is marked Set as main resource is the one whose location shows on the booking and on the calendar event.
The calendar event is optional. Turn on Create events and the booking also creates a matching event on the group's calendar. Leave it off and the booking exists on the schedule with no event attached — you can still turn this on later when you edit it.
Conflicts are flagged, not blocked. 360Player checks for double-booked resources and overlapping bookings automatically and flags them on the schedule — see Resolve booking conflicts below. It won't stop you from saving.
Create a booking
Open Scheduling in the main menu, then click Bookings.
Switch to the Groups or Resources view, then click the + on the row and time slot you want to book. This opens New booking with the start and end time already set to that slot.
Adjust the start and end time if needed. If the time zone shown isn't the right one, click it to change it.
Select a group. Only one group can be attached to a booking.
Select the resource(s) to use. With more than one selected, use Set as main resource on the one whose location should show on the booking.
Optional: turn on any of the following.
Create events — also creates a calendar event from this booking.
Add current group users — adds the group's current admins/staff as organizers and players as participants.
Invite current group users — sends pending invites to the group's current members instead. Turning this on turns off Add current group users, and the other way around — a member is either added directly or sent a pending invite, not both.
Choose the event type.
Add a booking title (required) and, optionally, a description.
Click Confirm booking.
Change a booking
Open Scheduling > Bookings.
Click the booking you want to change in the grid. This opens the same form used to create it, pre-filled with its current details.
Edit whatever needs to change — time, group, resources, or any of the optional settings above. If the booking didn't create a calendar event when it was made, you can still turn Create events on now.
Click Save.
Already connected to an event? The form shows a banner: "Booking is connected to an event - any changes made here will be reflected on the event." Anything you change on the booking — time, group, resources — updates that event too.
Cancel a booking
Open the booking from the grid.
Click Delete booking, or Delete booking and event if the booking created a calendar event.
Confirm the prompt.
This can't be undone. Deleting removes the booking — and its calendar event, if you choose that option — permanently.
Resolve booking conflicts
Two flags can show up on a booking in the schedule grid:
Conflicts — a resource attached to this booking is also booked by another booking at an overlapping time.
Overlaps — this booking's group already has another booking in the same time window.
Neither flag blocks creating or saving the booking — they're a warning, not a hard stop. Fix them by changing the time, swapping the resource, or picking a different group.
