Change a parent who is listed as a player to a parent account

If a parent is listed as a player, remove them to restore parent access—visibility remains via their connected child.

How to remove a parent listed as a player

  1. Go to the Team tab in the main menu.

  2. Click the three dots (...) next to the parent’s name.

  3. Choose Remove user from group.

The parent will be removed from the group as a player, but as long as their connected child remains in the group, the parent account will still be able to view events and team information through the child’s connection.

Make sure the connected child is still part of the group so the parent keeps access to the team's information
