How to remove a parent listed as a player
Go to the Team tab in the main menu.
Click the three dots (
...) next to the parent’s name.Choose Remove user from group.
The parent will be removed from the group as a player, but as long as their connected child remains in the group, the parent account will still be able to view events and team information through the child’s connection.
✅ Make sure the connected child is still part of the group so the parent keeps access to the team's information
