A parent-child connection in 360Player gives the parent the ability to act on behalf of their child — receive notifications, manage registrations, see invoices. Either side can remove that connection at any time.
For parents: remove a connection to a child
Open the 360Player app, or sign in on the web.
Tap or click More in the bottom menu, then select My children.
Find the child you want to disconnect from, tap the three dots (···) next to their name, and select Remove connection.
Confirm when prompted.
For players: remove a connection to a parent
Open the 360Player app, or sign in on the web.
Open your Profile.
Tap the three dots (···) next to the connected parent and select Manage relationship → Remove.
Confirm when prompted.
What happens after disconnection
Removing the connection only severs the parent↔child link. It does not delete either account.
Stays in place — historical payments, invoices, attendance records, registrations, and group memberships on both accounts.
Stops — the parent can no longer act on behalf of the player (receive notifications, pay for registrations, view the player's calendar).
Notification — the other party is notified that the connection was removed.
Can the connection be re-established?
Yes. The parent invites the player again the same way they did the first time — usually by sending a connection request from the parent account, or by going through the registration flow for the player's group. Past records (payments, attendance) remain attached to the player; the new connection simply re-links them.
Admins: remove a connection on someone else's behalf
If a family asks an admin to disconnect them, open the player's profile in Contacts, find the parent in the Relationships section, and use the three-dots menu to choose Manage relationship → remove. Same notification behaviour applies.
