How to Manage Pages
In the Starter package, all pages are dynamic, meaning they are built from page templates. These pages can be renamed or duplicated via collections.
Manage Existing Pages
Open the editor.
Navigate to your pages: In the left panel, go to CMS → Collections.
Find and preview a page: Select the page you want to manage. To preview it, use the dropdown in the top panel to navigate to the page, then return to the collection.
Understand collection item types: Items are named after their connected page and fall into three categories:
Page: Contains URL slug, Page title, Page background, and sometimes a simple text field.
Page + Widget: Contains URL slug, Page title, Page background, and a widget within the same collection.
Widget: Contains only the widget data.
Update page content: Edit the collection row to change the page content.
Tip: Collections labeled Page and Page + Widget can also be updated directly from the page by clicking the collection icon in the top panel.
Create a new page
Open the editor.
In the left panel, go to CMS → Collections.
Find the page template you want to use. To preview it, use the top panel dropdown to navigate to the page, then return to the collection.
Locate the collection connected to the page. Add a new row and fill in its columns with the required information.
Refresh the browser. The new page will now appear in the top panel dropdown.
Link the page via the navigation or home page so visitors can access it.
Tip: Only create new pages for templates where the widget is in the same collection as the page. You can identify this if the collection name includes (page + widget).
