Set your purchase terms

Add a link to your club's terms-of-service document from Payments settings — 360Player stores the link but doesn't attach it to invoices, checkout, or anything else yet.

Purchase terms is a link to your club's own terms-of-service document. 360Player stores the URL and shows it back to you on this page — nothing else in the product currently displays or references it.

  1. Go to Settings > Payments.

  2. Under Purchase terms, click Edit.

  3. Paste the link to your terms document and click Save.

There's no default — the field reads Not set until you add a link.

Does this change existing invoices?

No. The link isn't attached to invoices, checkout, or emails at all right now, so adding, editing, or clearing it doesn't touch anything on invoices you've already issued or ones you issue afterward — there's nothing on either for it to update. If you want customers to see your terms, you currently need to share the link yourself.

The example document is a generic template

Clicking See example of purchase terms document opens a sample terms-of-service template with placeholders like [Club Legal Name] — it's not a preview of the document at your own link.
