If you need to cancel a subscription in 360Player, the process is simple and can be done for individual subscriptions or in bulk. This guide explains how to cancel subscriptions and what happens afterward.

Steps to cancel a subscription

  1. Navigate to Subscriptions:
    Go to the Payments menu and select Subscriptions.

  2. Locate the subscription:
    Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list.

  3. Click the three dots:
    Next to the subscription, click the three-dot menu.

  4. Select "Cancel":
    Choose the Cancel option from the menu.

  5. Confirm cancellation:
    A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.

Bulk cancellation

If you need to cancel multiple subscriptions at once:

  1. Select the subscriptions from the table by checking the boxes next to them.

  2. Click the Bulk Actions button.

  3. Select Cancel and confirm the action.

What happens when you cancel a subscription?

When a subscription is canceled, it will be terminated immediately. No further invoices will be generated, and the billing cycle ends at the time of cancellation.
