Trying to cancel your own subscription? You can't do this yourself — only your club's payment admin can. Ask them, or see How to manage your billing for what you can do from your own account.
This guide is for organization payment admins canceling a subscription or installment plan on behalf of a member.
Cancelling stops future billing. It takes effect immediately for most clubs; some see an extra choice to let the subscription run to the end of the period the member has already paid for.
Cancel a single subscription
Open Payments > Subscriptions and open the subscription, or open its row menu from the list.
Click Cancel subscription.
If you're offered a choice, pick when it takes effect:
End of current billing period — the member keeps access through the date shown, and no further invoices are generated after that.
Immediately — the subscription ends today.
Confirm.
No choice shown? Then cancelling is immediate — see Why you may not see the end-of-period choice at the end.
Cancel several subscriptions at once
In the Subscriptions list, check the boxes next to the ones you want to cancel.
Open the Actions menu that appears and click Cancel selected.
Confirm.
Cancelling several at once is always immediate — there is no end-of-period option here, for anyone.
What happens after cancellation
No further invoices are generated and the subscription stops showing as active.
Any invoice already issued — sent, open, paid, whatever its status — is left exactly as it was. Canceling never voids, refunds, or writes off an invoice for you; do that separately with Void an invoice or Refund a payment.
A draft invoice the subscription hadn't sent yet is deleted, not voided — it just won't be there anymore.
Troubleshooting
A draft invoice disappeared after I canceled. Any invoice the subscription hadn't sent yet is removed when you cancel it. It was never issued, so there was nothing to void — this is expected.
The member still owes money after I canceled. Cancellation stops future billing only; it doesn't touch invoices already issued. Void or refund those separately, or leave them open if you still expect payment.
The Cancel option is missing or greyed out. Canceling needs payments write access — check your role. It's also unavailable once a subscription is already canceled or completed.
Why you may not see the end-of-period choice
Two reasons, and neither is a fault. Installment plans always cancel immediately, whatever your club's setup. And scheduling a cancellation for a future date is only possible for clubs whose payments run through Stripe — most clubs are set up with Adyen, where every cancellation takes effect straight away. If you are unsure which applies, ask your 360Player contact.
