The Billing page is where you manage your own payments in 360Player — pay invoices, update your payment method, and see what subscriptions you have running. This guide walks through what's there.
Find your Billing page
On desktop, open your user menu (bottom left) and click Billing. On mobile, tap More in the bottom menu and then Billing.
Pay an invoice
The Current invoices section shows everything that's open and due. Click the amount on any invoice to open the payment page, pick a payment method, and pay.
Update your payment method
You can manage payment methods in two places:
The Payment methods section at the top — add or remove cards and other methods linked to your account.
The payment method selector on each individual subscription — change which method is charged for that specific subscription without affecting your others.
Payment method expiring soon? When your card is close to expiring, the subscription shows a warning: "Your payment method expires soon, please review your payment method." Update it before the next billing date so the payment doesn't fail.
See your subscriptions
The Subscriptions section lists everything that bills on a recurring schedule. For each one you can see:
The amount and billing interval (e.g. 250 / month)
The status (active, past due, cancelled, etc.)
The next billing date
For installment plans, how many payments are left
If you're paying on behalf of someone (e.g. your child), a Products for: line shows who the subscription covers
Purchase history
The Purchase history section shows everything you've paid through 360Player — paid invoices and completed orders. Useful for receipts, reimbursement, and double-checking past charges.
What you can't do here
Some billing actions can only be done by your club's payment admin, not by you:
Cancel a subscription — contact your club and ask them to cancel. See Cancel subscriptions or installments for the admin process, so you know what to ask for.
Refund a payment — contact your club. They handle refund decisions and processing.
Change the price or billing date — same; contact your club.
360Player support can't do this for you. Your club controls your billing — they decide which products you're charged for, when, and at what price. 360Player support can't override that on your behalf. Always start with your club.
Who do I contact?
At the bottom of the Billing page, the Questions about billing? section shows your club's contact information — that's the right place to start for anything you can't handle yourself.
