Cancel subscriptions or installments

Admin guide for canceling a member's subscription or installment plan. Parents and players who want to cancel their own subscription should contact their club.

Are you a parent or a player trying to cancel your own subscription? You can't do this yourself — only your club's payment admin can cancel a subscription. Contact your club and ask them to cancel it for you. See How to manage your billing for what you can manage from your own account.

This guide is for organization payment admins canceling a subscription or installment plan on behalf of a member.

Cancel a single subscription

  1. Open the Payments menu and select Subscriptions.

  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to it and select Cancel.

  4. Choose when the cancellation takes effect:

    • End of current billing period — the member keeps access through the date shown, and no further invoices are generated after that. Recommended for most cases.

    • Immediately — the subscription ends today. No further invoices are generated.

  5. Confirm. The subscription's status updates in the list.

Cancel multiple subscriptions at once

Bulk cancellations are always immediate — you can't schedule them for end of period.

  1. In the Subscriptions list, select the subscriptions you want to cancel using the checkboxes.

  2. Open the bulk action menu that appears and select Cancel.

  3. Confirm. All selected subscriptions are canceled immediately.

Installment plans

Installment plans behave a little differently:

  • Cancellation is always immediate — you can't schedule it for a future date.

  • If you only need to change the number of remaining payments (e.g. extend the plan), edit the subscription instead of canceling it.

What happens after cancellation

  • No further invoices are generated.

  • If the member had a paid period remaining (for end-of-period cancellations), they keep access until that date.

  • Outstanding invoices and past payments are not affected by canceling the subscription itself. To refund a payment or void an invoice, do that separately — see Refund a payment and Void an invoice.
