Players under 18 normally need at least one connected parent account to handle billing, communications, and consent. This filter surfaces the players who do not have one yet.
List unconnected players
Go to Management > Contacts.
Open the Filters panel.
Set the following filters:
Role = Player
Parent connection = Doesn't have connected parent
Click Apply. The list now shows only players without any connected parent.
Tip. If your roster includes players over 18 (who don't need a parent connection), add a Date of birth filter to exclude them — for example, "Date of birth after 2007-01-01" to keep only minors.
