As an Admin, adding contact information for your members helps them reach out with support and payment-related questions.

Steps to add the organizations contact information

  1. As a top-level Admin Click on the Settings tab in your 360Player account.

  2. Select General from the settings menu.

  3. Enter your contact information in the relevant fields, including email address, phone number, or any other details you want to provide.

Once saved, this information will be visible to members in the Club Lobby, billing-related pages, emails and invoices, as well as during checkout and registration.
