Management > Overview counts your contact database for you: how many members you have and of what kind, who joined recently, and which records are incomplete. It is the first page under Management, and most of what it shows is a shortcut to a contact list you would otherwise have to build by hand.
Every number is a link
Click a figure or a segment and you land in Contacts with the matching filters already applied. That is the point of the page — it is not a report you read and act on later, it is a way into the list you need.
Three articles in this Help Center walk you through building those filters yourself. Any of them can now start here instead: How to check if players have connected parents, How to update your contact database, and Manage duplicate player accounts.
Who is in your club
Total amount of contacts splits everyone into five groups, each with its share of the total.
Players, Staff, Admins — people with that role in at least one group.
Parents — counted by having a connected child rather than by a role, because parent is a relationship in 360Player and not a role. Clicking it filters on the connection, not on a role.
Club lobby — contacts in your organization who hold none of those roles in any group. They have an account with you and no place in the structure yet: usually someone who joined with a club code, or a record created during a registration that was never assigned to a team. This is normally the number to work down.
Contacts without groups counts the same problem from the other side, with an Inactivated sub-count for the ones who are no longer active.
Who joined recently
New contacts this year shows a running total with a trend chart, then three sub-counts: 1 day, 7 days and 30 days. Each one opens Contacts filtered to records created in that window — useful the day after a registration closes, when you want to see exactly who came in.
What needs fixing
Players without connected parents, with an Under 18 years sub-count. Clicking that one applies three filters at once: group role Player, no connected parent, and born within the last eighteen years — so it excludes the adult players who do not need a parent on file. That third filter is the fiddly part to build by hand.
Players with incomplete required information, split Active and Archived. These are players missing a value you marked as required under Settings > User fields. See Customize your user database for how a field becomes required.
Archived contacts, with a With unpaid invoices sub-count — archived people who still owe you money. Clicking it opens the archived list filtered to past-due and open invoices, which is the one combination worth checking before you write off a season.
Who your players are
Player age distribution is a bar per birth year, and Player gender distribution a breakdown of Male, Female and Unspecified. Neither is clickable — they are for reading, not for working from. Both count players only, so staff and parents do not distort the shape.
What the page does not tell you
It counts your whole organization, not the group you happen to be standing in. There is no group filter.
There is no date range to set. New contacts this year has its own three fixed windows and everything else is current state.
Nothing here is about money. For revenue and invoices see Read the payments overview dashboard.
