More in the Editor

A few more things you can do inside the editor — add an info page, add a gallery page, and customize the menu.

A few more things you can do inside the editor, beyond the core Starter pages.

Add an info page

What it is

An info page is a simple content page — a title, a description, an image, and a button — built from a dynamic page template shared by all your info pages. Instead of building a new page from scratch in the editor each time, you add a row to a CMS collection and the page is generated automatically from that data.

What to do

  1. In the editor, open the page dropdown (top left) and scroll down — Info Page is grouped separately from your regular site pages, alongside Gallery Page, since both are dynamic page types.

  2. While viewing an info page, click on its 360 CTA Section widget to open its settings. The Image Position option (Right of Text / Below Text / Left of Text) applies to every info page at once — you can't set a different layout per page, only the content changes.

  3. To add a new info page, go to CMSCollections → the 00. Info Pages collection.

  4. Click + Add Row, then click the pencil icon on that new row to open it for editing.

  5. Fill in Item name or URL (this becomes the page's slug/URL), Page title, Description, an Image, and Button text.

  6. Click into the Link field to set where the button goes — choose an Existing site page, a Web address, an Anchor, or a File for download.

  7. Click Preview and refresh — your new info page now appears in the page dropdown under Info Page.

  8. To link to this page from elsewhere on the site (a button, a menu item, and so on), choose Dynamic Page as the link type, then Info Page, then select your specific page from the Item list.

Tips

  • Image and Button text are optional — leave either one blank on a row and it simply won't show on that page.

  • All info pages share the same layout, including the Image Position setting — only the content (title, description, image, button) changes between pages.

  • Once an info page is set up, you can add it to the site menu too — switch the menu to Custom links (see Customize the menu below) and link an item to it as a Dynamic Page.

Add a gallery page

A gallery page works the same way as an info page, but for photos — a title, a description, and a grid of images, built from a dynamic page template shared by all your gallery pages. You add a row to a CMS collection with your images, and the page is generated automatically.

  1. In the editor, open the page dropdown (top left) and scroll down to Gallery Page to see an example — this shows what a finished gallery page looks like, with a title, description, and photo grid.

  2. To add a new gallery page, go to CMSCollections → the 00. Gallery Pages collection.

  3. Click + Add Row, then click the pencil icon on that new row to open it for editing.

  4. Fill in Item name or URL (this becomes the page's slug/URL), Page title, and Description — the description is optional, you don't have to add one.

  5. Click into the Images field to open the image picker, then select the photos you want on this page — you can add up to 30 images per gallery page, and the picker supports selecting several at once.

  6. Click Preview and refresh — your new gallery page now appears in the page dropdown, with all its images.

  7. To link to this page from elsewhere on the site (a button, a menu item, and so on), choose Dynamic Page as the link type, then Gallery Page, then select your specific page from the Item list.

  • A gallery page can hold up to 30 images — plan your shot selection with that limit in mind.

  • The description field is optional and can be left blank.

  • Like info pages, gallery pages don't automatically appear in the menu — to add one, switch the menu to Custom links (see Customize the menu below) and link an item to it as a Dynamic Page.

Customize the menu

By default, your site's menu is generated automatically from your list of pages ("Site pages"). You can switch it to Custom links instead to manually control exactly which links show, rename them, organize them into dropdown folders, and add links to dynamic pages that wouldn't otherwise appear in the menu.

  1. In the editor, click directly on the menu bar to open its Navigation Content panel. You can also get there via LayersHeaderMenu bar → the column your menu sits in → the Navigation Links layer, then click the container highlighted in blue.

  2. Select Custom links. Your existing menu items appear as editable items on the left — for each one, choose what it links to on the right: an Existing site page, a Dynamic Page, a Mega menu, or a Web address.

  3. Click + Add Item to add a new link the same way, or use Reset and start with site pages to start over from your current page list.

  4. To group links into a dropdown, click + Add Folder, give it a name, then drag items underneath it to nest them inside.

  5. Repeat this for the mobile menu — switch the editor to mobile device view, hover over the menu, then click inside the menu box itself (not on an individual item) to open its own, separate Navigation Content panel, and set it up the same way.

  • The desktop and mobile menus are two separate menus. Switching the desktop menu to Custom links does not update mobile automatically — you need to repeat the same setup on the mobile version, or visitors on mobile will still see the old auto-generated menu.

  • Custom links with folders are the way to get dynamic pages into the menu, since they aren't included automatically the way regular site pages are.
