Archiving a contact takes them out of the active contact list and blocks their access to your organization in the 360Player app. Their data stays put — you can restore them at any time.
Archive a contact
Go to Management > Contacts.
Check the box next to each contact you want to archive.
Open the Actions menu and pick Archive contacts.
Confirm. The contacts are moved out of the active list and lose access to the organization.
Restore an archived contact
In Management > Contacts, open the filters panel.
Under Archived, choose Show archived and apply the filter.
Click the contact you want to bring back.
From the contact's action menu, pick Restore contact and confirm.
The contact is returned to the active list with all of their data intact.
What archive does not do.
Archiving does not delete anything. Past payments, attendance, group memberships, and form submissions stay on the contact's record and continue to appear in reports.
It also does not affect the user in other organizations — only their access to yours is revoked.
If you need to permanently remove personal data, ask the user to delete their account from their own profile. See Delete your 360Player account.
Archive vs. remove from a team
Archive revokes access to the whole organization. Removing or blocking a user is per-team and reversible without touching org-level access. See Remove or block a user from a team.
