When your club collects payments through 360Player, you'll need to record that income in your accounting software (Fortnox, Visma, QuickBooks, and so on). By tagging each product with the matching account number, your payment exports include a column that tells you exactly where each line item belongs in your books — no manual sorting needed.
How accounting categories work
Most accounting software organizes income into numbered categories (often called "account numbers"). For example:
3010 — Membership fees
3020 — Training camp income
3030 — Equipment sales
The actual numbers depend on your chart of accounts. Check with your accountant or look them up in your accounting software.
Tag your products with account numbers
Open a product in Payments → Products.
Scroll down to the Metadata section.
Click to add a new metadata row.
In the Key field, type
Account Number. Use this exact same key on every product so the export groups them under one column. In the Value field, type the account number from your accounting software (for example,
3010).Save the product.
Repeat for your other products — same key, different value per category.
What you'll see in the export
When you export your payments, the export will include an Account Number column (named after the metadata key you chose). Sort or filter by it to get totals per accounting category — copy those into your books or hand them to your accountant.
