When your club collects payments through 360Player, you'll eventually need to record that income in your accounting software (like Fortnox, Visma, or QuickBooks). This guide shows you how to set up your products so the data exports cleanly and matches your bookkeeping categories.
What problem does this solve?
Most accounting software organizes income into numbered categories (often called "account numbers"). For example:
3010 might be "Membership fees"
3020 might be "Training camp income"
3030 might be "Equipment sales"
By adding these numbers to your products in 360Player, your payment exports will include a column that tells you exactly where each payment should go in your books—no manual sorting required.
How to set it up
Step 1: Open any product in 360Player
Step 2: Scroll down to the section called Metadata
Step 3: Add your accounting information:
In the Key box, type:
Account Number(use this same name for all products)In the Field box, type the number from your accounting software (for example:
3010)
Step 4: Save the product
Step 5: Repeat for your other products, using the same Key but changing the Field to match each product's category
What happens next?
When you export your payments, you'll see a new column with the account numbers you entered. You can then sort or filter by this column to quickly see totals for each accounting category—making it simple to enter into your bookkeeping software or share with your accountant.
