Payout reports - reconcile received funds

Learn how to reconcile your received funds through the Payout report.

Note: This guide is only for clubs that uses Adyen as their payment provider.

How to Check and Reconcile Your Payouts

When Adyen collects payments on your behalf, the money gets transferred to your club's bank account in regular batches called payouts. This guide explains how to find and understand those payouts in 360Player.

Where to find your payouts

Go to Payments → Reports → Payouts. You'll see a list of all the transfers that have been sent from your Adyen account to your bank account. For most clubs, this happens once a week.

What's inside a payout report

Click on any payout to open a detailed breakdown. It shows you everything that made up that transfer, including all the payments that came in, any refunds that were issued, any chargebacks (disputed payments), the processing fees that were deducted, and any reserved balance. You'll also find links to all the individual invoices included in that payout.

Breaking it down further

If you want to see exactly how much money came from a specific product, registration, or other category, you can export the report as a spreadsheet. The export gives you one row per item sold, with columns for things like product name, category, registration, and any custom data your club uses (like account numbers).

From there, you can either use a pivot table in Excel or Google Sheets to group and summarize the data, or simply upload the file to an AI tool like ChatGPT and paste in this prompt:

"This CSV is a payout report from 360Player. Each row is a line item from an invoice. Please produce the following: First, a one-line summary showing total gross, total refunds, total fees, and net payout. Then separate tables showing volume (gross, net, fees, number of transactions) broken down by: product, product category, and registration. Show deposits and refunds in separate tables. If a product has no category, list it separately and flag it."

The AI will do the heavy lifting and give you a clean summary without needing any spreadsheet skills.
